As the founder of our institute, I, Vindila De Silva, bring forth a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for education. Throughout my career as a lecturer in business and economics, I’ve been dedicated to creating dynamic and engaging learning environments that inspire students to excel. From my tenure at Ethos College Colombo 7 to my contributions at the Colombo Institute of Research & Psychology (CIRP), and even volunteering with the Monash University Teaching Volunteering Program, my commitment to empowering students has remained unwavering.

My journey in academia began with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honors) from Monash University, where I achieved first-class honors and earned a place on the Dean’s Honor’s list. With a focus on applied economics and strategic marketing, I’ve equipped myself with the knowledge and skills to drive educational excellence. My academic achievements, including the Higher Degree by Research Pathway Scholarship, reflect my dedication to continuous learning and growth.
